Use our secure online payment portal to pay your bill. You’ll need your invoice number and the total amount due from your bill.

When you click “Go to Secure Payment”, you’ll be sent to our CardPointe payment page to complete your payment.

You will be redirected to CardPointe’s secure page. WGDS does not store card or bank details.

How We Communicate Updates

Our Facebook page is the primary place for real-time service alerts. If routes are delayed due to weather, snow, road conditions, or unexpected issues, updates will be posted there.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please place your bags at the curb the night before your scheduled pickup day. Make sure bags are not overloaded and are visible from the road. Any items not bagged will not be collected.
We cannot accept items such as paint, oil, fuel, chemicals, large electronics, batteries, or tires in regular household trash. Please contact our office if you’re unsure about specific items.
You can request changes by calling our office or using the contact form below. Please include your name, service address, and account number (if you have one).
If you believe you were missed, please call our office as soon as possible. Missed pickup reports are best made the same day so we can review the route and help quickly.
Some bulky items may require special handling or an additional fee. Please call ahead with a description of the item and we’ll let you know the options and scheduling.
Weather may delay service or require alternate routes. We post service alerts on Facebook when conditions affect pickup, including snow routes and rescheduled days.
